We should acknowledge the good that will help us have a better outlook on life for sure. But I’m pushing myself to consider the really really hard times I have overcome. I wrote down everything I have survived through this last year and ended it with :”it’s done”. A reminder that what I went through is over and I need to create emotional space by letting it go. And then be proud of myself. I call it the #itsdoneexercise. Write down what you have overcome and then tell yourself #itsalldone. By doing so you’ll have lots of space for better things. #createspace #youareworthit #survivor #thriver
